Arron J Vickery, CPHIMS, CHISP

Founder/CEO

Arron J Vickery has over 25 years in Healthcare and Information Technology with a decade as a senior applications leader. Arron has experience in leading implementations of electronic health records software in both ambulatory and inpatient facilities. In addition to over a decade of Epic experience including implementing at the enterprise and community affiliate level, Arron has led teams that implemented and supported GI, Lab, Radiology, Oncology, hospital ancillary systems, Document Management (ECM), as well as enterprise-level interface engines.

Arron’s experience leading enterprise-level IT initiatives includes budgeting, procurement, aligning IT to organizational strategic goals, team development, and executive stakeholder level communications and management.

Arron received his bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa Oklahoma and has certifications in HL7, Epic, HIMSS, and Blockchain technology. He is involved in the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS)  for both the MS state chapter and the Gulf Coast Region (GC3) where he has served in numerous roles including board member and state chapter president.

Arron enjoys playing the piano and guitar at his local church, camping with his friends & family, and traveling.

Rhonda Duncan

VP of Clinical Operations

Rhonda has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry ranging from extensive experience as a Critical Care Nurse to one of the top leaders in Healthcare and Business Operations. In 2004, Rhonda was awarded as one of the top 100 nurses in the state of South Carolina.

In 2005 Rhonda entered the private sector where she and her business partner created Innovations in Healthcare and quickly became known for their success in Operational Efficiency, Financial Recovery, and Patient Throughput.

As an entrepreneur, she has served in the role of Healthcare Interim Executives, Project Manager for Electronic Healthcare Record Implementation, and as a Professional Business Coach. She uses her extensive knowledge of healthcare and business operations to help clients across the country. She has a consistent record of delivering results in Growth, Financial Turn-around, Operational Performance, Employee Management, Quality, and Compliance resulting in significant financial savings, employee engagement, and assisting clients to meet state and federal compliance regulations.

Rhonda began her healthcare education in 1977 and has continued a lifelong learning mentality by obtaining degrees as a Professional Business Coach, a Human Resource Professional, a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, and will be receiving her master’s degree in 2022. She is active in community and state organizations including South Carolina community business, SHRM, and AONE, and believes the future of healthcare and business lies with those we mentor and the investment we have in others’ success.

In her spare time, Rhonda’s passion is spending time with her family and enjoying music and dance.

Nancy King

Nancy has over 32 years of health care experience with 22 years spent in Health Information Technology specializing in EHRs. Her past experience includes Health Information Management, IT Training, Compliance and Medical Staff Services. She has managed implementing health IT projects for the past 22 years including but not limited to Epic, Dietary systems, Rehab systems, ICU EHR, Par Ex Materials Management system, and Nursing Communication system Vocera.

Nancy has a B.S. in Health Information Management Administration. She is CAHIMS certified with multiple Epic certifications; Procedure Orders, Procedure Orders Transmitted, Decision Support, and Data Courier.  Nancy has a strong understanding of physician workflows in both Inpatient and Ambulatory settings. 

She enjoys traveling, playing with her dog, and spending time with her parents on their farm.

Chamath Wijewardane

Chamath Wijewardane has 25+ years in IT with 17+ years in executive leadership. His experience includes Healthcare, Academia, and Law Enforcement. Chamath designed and built a datacenter, and his extensive experience spans server configuration (intel and power), fiber channel and enterprise SAN storage, enterprise backups, Ethernet, Wireless, RTLS, VoIP, and cybersecurity.

In addition to Chamath’s technical skills, He led IT departments and the digital transformation. He handles contract negotiations, strategic planning, and project management and implementations. He understands the importance of aligning IT goals with organizational goals.

Chamath received his the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Bagley College of Engineering at Mississippi State University, and the Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wyoming.

Chamath enjoys music, working on mechanical, electronic, wood work projects, and spending time with his wife, son, and cats.

Johnnie Sue Wijiwardane, Ph.D., APRN, FNP-BC, FAANP

Johnnie Sue Wijewardane practiced as a nurse for more 25 years and a family nurse practitioner since 2001. She practiced bedside nursing in tertiary hospitals in Nashville and Atlanta in neuroscience units as well as in emergency departments as a staff nurse and travel nurse.

As an FNP, she practiced in occupational health on construction sites and in the automotive manufacturing sector, in primary care, college health, and most recently in hospice and skilled nursing facilities.

For the last 17 years, she dedicated her career to preparing nurses and nurse practitioners across academic settings. Johnnie served as faculty, department chair, and associate dean in several schools of nursing. She currently serves as the inaugural dean at Radford University School of Nursing and consults on medical legal cases, evaluation and accreditation issues for schools and patient care settings, as well as academic program development.

Johnnie received the BSN, MSN, and PhD in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, the 2015 American Association of Nurse Practitioners State of Mississippi Award for Excellence. She participates in the Mississippi Association of Nurse Practitioners, American
Association of Nurse Practitioners, Fellows of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing through presentations and committee service. She serves on the Fellows of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners mentoring program committee and the winter meeting planning committee. Johnnie enjoys music, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, 4-year-old son, and cats.
